The phone box library is now in operation
With thanks to Frances Plummer, the village BT phone box has been acquired from BT by the Parochial Church Council and has now been transformed into a library. Valentino Calabrese kindly offered his services with the installation of a set of shelves and ensuring the phone box was water-tight while other residents kindly assisted in the transfer of books from their longstanding position in the Church foyer to the newly refurbished position in the library.
Please feel free to use the library, whether that's to simply borrow a book or if you have some books that you would like to drop off for others to enjoy.
