The Annual Meeting of Witham on the Hill Parish Council will be held on Monday 11 May 2026 starting at 7.30 p.m. to be held at St Andrew’s Parish Hall, Witham on the Hill

Public and Press are invited to attend, and it is requested they are seated by 19.25 to ensure a prompt start to the meeting

Audit of 2025-26 Accounts

1.         To approve the Annual Governance Statement 2025/26

2.         To accept the Accounting Statement 2025/6 as a true record

3.         To sign and approve the Exemption certificate.

15.   

To discuss the financial support of the upgrade of the Parish Hall which will include:

- The replacement of the Kitchen

- The repair and redecoration of the Hall, Entrance Hall and WC’s 

- Replacement of the flooring throughout the whole building.

To consider and agree the Insurance cover and whether we wish to include or remove anything from the schedule
